Respite

This shot was taken almost 5 years ago, on 18 Aug 2010, with my then first camera, the Canon EOS 550D, when I first started out. I rather liked including human figures in landscape shots (I seldom do those, though) like these, since buildings are after all, made for humans. Kinda regret not shooting in RAW format for the initial period, as I now find myself wanting to revisit my old photos and re-editing them. 

A bit like Brian Bolland who revisited his work (done together with the very excellent Alan Moore), The Killing Joke, and recoloured it according to his tastes and original vision.
