Got tired of dust entering my PC, and my area seems to be pretty dusty, so I bought 3M's Filtrete Air Cleaning Filter and pasted cut-out sheets over where the fans blow inwards. Not exactly pretty, but I prefer less dust inside.
Let's see how it performs after a few days! :)
